	To register by mail, please complete all fields of the Registration & Payment Form, giving special attention to the Confidentiality, Refund Policy and Payment Policy statements.  Print the completed form and mail to the address listed at the top of the page.

Payment Policy


Registration constitutes responsibility for payment. Payment by cash or check must be received 7 days prior to the date of the class, unless secured with a credit card. If an employer or company declines to pay for the class for any reason, the student remains responsible for payment.

Refund Policy


If you need to cancel your registration, call BPG at 316.218.6118. A full refund will be made for classes canceled at least 7 days prior to the class date. A refund less a $20 processing fee will be given for classes canceled 2-6 days prior to class. No refund will be made for classes canceled less than 48 hours prior to class. Participants may substitute another individual at any time. We reserve the right to cancel activities that do not meet minimum enrollment levels or for other good cause. Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a class.
